You can claim back all charges/premiums plus interest for the last 6 years.
2. Will I need all the paperwork and statements?
It helps. But as long as you have the policy details we can request copies for you.
3. How long will my claim take?
It varies my company, but 6-12 weeks is average. We push this on your behalf.
4. Will the financial company contact me direct?
They may do. But as you have instructed us to act on your behalf, simply pass it onto us and we will deal with it and answer it appropriately.
